Carabao Cup draw date: Start time, quarter-final teams and live stream coverage

The Carabao Cup reaches the business end this week as 16 teams are whittled down to eight ahead of the quarter-finals.

The ties of the fourth round see Liverpool host Arsenal and Manchester United travel to face Chelsea, both on Wednesday evening.

Holders Manchester City are in action on Tuesday, hosting a Southampton side fresh from being beaten 9-0 at home by Leicester City in the Premier League.

Crawley, the lowest-ranked team left in the competition, face fellow League Two side Colchester, the former looking to reach the last eight for the first time in their history. Colchester last reached the quarter-finals in 1974-75 season.

Elsewhere, Burton host Leicester, Everton entertain Watford, Sunderland travel to Oxford United and Aston Villa welcome Wolves.

When is the quarter-final draw?

The draw for the quarter-final will be at 8.45am on Thursday, October 31.

David James will be on hand to conduct the draw on 'The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show' on BBC Radio 2

The ties will be played on the week commencing December 16.
