What time is Carabao Cup draw today? Ball numbers and TV channel for second-round ties

The draw for the second round of the Carabao Cup takes place today.

A host of Premier League teams will enter the competition at this stage, joining the likes of Charlton, Bromley, Coventry and Southampton after they successfully negotiated their first-round ties.

The top-flight clubs not competing in Europe competition this season will be placed into the regional draw, divided into a northern and southern section.

West Ham, Fulham, Everton and Leeds will be among the teams involved. As are Manchester United following their 15th-placed Premier League finish and Europa League final defeat to Tottenham last season.

When is the Carabao Cup draw?

The draw will take place on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.

It is set to take place before Birmingham’s tie with Sheffield United, with an estimated start time of 7.20pm BST.

TV channel: In the UK, the Carabao Cup draw will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports News.

UK viewers can watch the draw for free on ITV4.
