Stacey, who gave birth to her daughter on her own birthday last month, added that she was "nervous" and "excited" for fans to see the first episode of the new series.
Sort Your Life Out first aired as a one-off pilot on Easter Monday, but following its success the BBC confirmed there would be six more hour-long episodes.
It's a home declutter show, which is fronted by Stacey, and sees a team of experts help families strip bare homes and lay out all their possessions in a giant warehouse. The team then ask the families to let go of many of them. You can read more about the premise of the programme here.

Speaking about the return of Sort Your Life Out on The One Show,Stacey explained how the show transforms homes from "a complete mess to organised heaven".
Stacey said: "It's something that I enjoy doing personally at home.
"When we decided to do Sort Your Life Out, the most incredible feeling was meeting people who just felt really overwhelmed by their homes and they didn't know where to start.
"To be able to go in there with a team of people and meticulously organise through things it's a really cathartic feeling."
Stacey added that everything is then either "upcycled, recycled or donated", and not thrown away.
The team of experts include home organiser Dilly Carter, carpenter and upcycler Robert Bent and cleaner Iwan Carrington.
Sort our Life Out returns Thursday, November 4 at 8pm on BBC One.
