The four-day weekend begins today, and with it comes some confusion over opening times.
If you need to do some shopping, then take a note of the opening times.
On Good Friday, many Sainsbury's stores will open as usual. There will be some exceptions, however, and some shops may close an hour early. For instance, the Bridgend Superstore will close at 9pm on Good Friday instead of 10.30pm.
Then on Saturday, Sainsbury's stores will open as usual. however, Sainsbury's will close on Easter Sunday. On Easter Monday there will be reduced hours across most stores.
It's always best to use the store locator before you head out.
The smaller Sainsbury's stores and the likes of Tesco Metro and Express tend to operate their usual opening times (usually 7am-11pm), even on bank holidays, so that's your best bet if you're stuck.
