When is Rylan Clark-Neal back on Radio 2?

Rylan Clark-Neal is back in the spotlight this weekend as he returns to Radio 2 following a four-month break from presenting.

The star will be back to present on Saturday, September 4, from 3pm. The news was confirmed by fellow Radio 2 DJ Zoe Ball during her Radio 2 breakfast show on Wednesday.

Rylan has taken time off from presenting duties after it was revealed he had split from his husband Dan Neal.

The TV star, who is also co-presenter if Strictly: It Takes Two, was last on the airwaves on May 8. Since then, stand-in presenters have included Cat Deeley, Vernon Kay and Scott Mills.

Rylan and his partner hit headlines the back in June with their news after being married for five years.

The former X Factor contestant has also taken to Instagram and admitted he was in a 'bad place' as he blamed himself for the separation.

The TV and radio presenter thanked fans for supporting him and said he was focusing on his mental health as he discussed returning to the 'jobs he loves.'

The charismatic host said he made mistakes that he 'deeply regrets' that led to his split.

He said: "Following reports about Dan and I spending time apart, I feel I have to speak out - as the way it is being reported is unfair.

“I have made a number of mistakes which I deeply regret and have inevitably led to the breakdown of our marriage.”

Rylan first sparked concern when he pulled out of presenting the Eurovision semi-finals back in May.
