Love Island has finally confirmed when Movie Night will return for 2023. The annual episode sees the Islanders' Casa Amor antics shown to the main villa on a big screen.
In previous seasons, secret conversations and unannounced kisses have been shown, usually leading to drama among the contestants. And there are plenty of explosive moments set to play out this year, with viewers calling for the segment's return for some time.
In fact, fans of the popular dating show have been crying out for Movie Night's comeback after being left "bored" by recent episodes. Tweeting earlier this week, one social media user wrote: "I can't wait for movie night so Kai can see Olivia say she forgot his name and Samie can watch Ron encourage Tom to recouple."

When is Movie Night 2023 on Love Island?
A teaser at the end of the episode that aired on Tuesday, February 21, Love Island revealed that Movie Night would play out on Wednesday, February 22 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX. The announcement was made by narrator Iain Stirling and viewers immediately took to social media to share their excitement.
One enthusiastic fan wrote: "TOMORROW NIGHT - LOVE ISLAND MOVIE NIGHT .. it's about time!!" And a second echoed: "Movie Night tomorrow!!!! YESSS."
A third added: "At last Movie Night…." And a fourth said: "The thing that makes me nervous about movie night is I want ALL the videos to be shown, not just what they pick."
