ITV has confirmed the return of the popular television show Marcella.
The detective drama, which stars Anna Friel, last aired in on ITV almost three years ago.
And although the third instalment has been available in other countries since the summer, the wait is nearly over for UK viewers.
ITV has confirmed season three will land on our television screens as soon as this month.
When is Marcella season 3 on ITV?
The detective series will return with Anna Friel on Tuesday, January 26.
What's more, the whole season will be uploaded to the ITV hub so you can binge it in one.
ITV tweeted: "Confirmed: Marcella returns to Tuesday 26 January at 9pm on ITV. Watch the whole new series on ITV Hub from Tuesday 26 January."
Anna Friel, who plays detective Marcella Backland, will go undercover as Keira in a bid to put crooks behind bars in the new series.
"My favourite thing was being blonde," Anna told The Mirror, "because it just gave her a whole different feel and swagger.
Marcella returns to ITV on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
