It has been a long time coming but the James Bond film No Time To Die has finally arrived.
Daniel Craig will portray the iconic secret agent for the fifth and final time in the film which sees him face-off with a dangerous new villain, Lyutsifer Safin, played by Oscar-winner Rami Malek.
The film mostly takes place five years after the end of 2015 film Spectre which saw Bond drive off in his Aston Martin DB5 with new love Dr Madeleine Swann ( Lea Seydoux ).
However, the course of true love never did run smoothly for our favourite cinematic spy.
Called out of retirement by old friend Felix Leiter ( Jeffrey Wright ), Bond soon becomes embroiled in a deadly game.
So, when exactly should we expect the new James Bond?

No Time To Die is released in UK cinemas on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
The film had previously been due for release in November 2019 but was delayed to February 2020 and then April 2020 due to the departure of the director of Danny Boyle. He was replaced by Cary Joji Fukunaga.

The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic prompted the film to be delayed once more to November 12, 2020, and then once again to April 2, 2021, and then a final time to October 8, 2022.
The film as brought forward by a few days for the UK.
No Time To Die run time
No Time To Die has a run time of a whopping 2 hours and 45 minutes.
This makes the 25th James Bond outing and Daniel Craig's fifth and final film in the franchise the longest instalment yet.

Despite the lengthy run time, the film has received positive early reviews and Bond villain actor Rami Malek has responded to criticisms of the length of the film.
Speaking to Digital Spy, Rami Malek said: "I think when you get out of that theatre, you will be moved, you will be entertained, you’ll get everything you want from a Bond film, essentially."
He added: "From start to finish, it is a gut punch every second."

The film also stars Lashana Lynch as a new 00 agent named Nomi, Ben Whishaw as gadget man Q, Naomie Harris as Bond's ally Eve Moneypenny, Rory Kinnear as MI6 middle man Bill Tanner, Christoph Waltz as SPECTRE villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld, and Ralph Fiennes as Bond's old boss, M.
Other new additions to the franchise include Billy Magnussen, Ana de Armas, David Dencick and Dali Benssalah.
