Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez will put his WBC and WBA Super middleweight titles on the line this weekend in a mouth-watering unification bout against fellow world champion Daniel Jacobs.
Pound-for-pound contender Alvarez, also holder of The Ring magazine belt and lineal middleweight title, will be looking to add Jacobs’ IBF belt to his impressive collection.
While American Jacobs will dare to be great against the Mexican, after claiming the IBF strap last October with a points victory over Ukrainian Serhiy Derevianchenko.
This unpredictable match up between a three-weight world champion and a two-time middleweight world champion has potential to be a historic blockbuster.
And here is all you need to know about it.

When is the fight?
Canelo-Jacobs will be upon us this weekend, taking place this Saturday May 4.
