American folk singer Mary Gauthier will be playing Dublin next month.
The 2019 Grammy nominee will be taking to the stage at Whelan's on November 3.
Special guest is American musician Jaimee Harris who will be opening the show.
Tickets for the event are now on sale priced at €24.50.
Mary, who has released 10 albums to date, said: “My job as a songwriter is to find that thing a soul needs to say.”
Her current album “Rifles & Rosary Beads” was co-written with US veterans and their families.
It explores the untold stories and powerful struggles that war veterans and their spouses deal with.
The album was named Album of the Year 2019 at International Folk Awards and was Grammy nominated for Best Folk Album 2019.
