When is Aldi open on May Bank Holiday? 2021 closing hours for all UK stores

The early May Bank Holiday is almost here and if you need to hit the shops, then it's best to check what time supermarkets will be opening and closing.

Budget store Aldi will fortunately be open on the first May Bank Holiday - so you'll be able to fetch any last-minute treats or essentials that you might have forgotten.

However, the chain will be operating slightly different hours than usual due to the bank holiday. If you can't leave the house, Amazon Fresh offers same-day groceries to eligible Prime members.

Those who are looking to do a shop at their local Aldi on the bank holiday Monday should double check specific timings before making a trip. To find out details for your nearest branch, use the retailer's store locator at aldi.co.uk.

Aldi May Bank Holiday opening times

  • Saturday May 1 - all stores will be open between 8am and 10pm.
  • Sunday May 2 - all stores will be open between 10am and 4pm.
  • Monday May 3 - all stores will be open between 8am and 8pm.

You can take a look at some of Aldi's incredible Specialbuys and groceries online at aldi.co.uk before you go.

The latest addition to Aldi’s spirit line up tastes just like Lotus Biscoff cupcakes - how amazing does that sound?

Perfect for sweet-toothed customers, the new tipple is part of the supermarket’s new Spirits Festival and can be found both in stores and online.

In case you didn't know, Aldi has also launched its first own brand loungewear collection and it starts from just £1.49.

The ‘Aldimania’ range includes hoodies, pyjama sets, hipsters and socks. You can shop the collection in stores and online.
