Budget store Aldi will fortunately be open on the first May Bank Holiday - so you'll be able to fetch any last-minute treats or essentials that you might have forgotten.
However, the chain will be operating slightly different hours than usual due to the bank holiday. If you can't leave the house, Amazon Fresh offers same-day groceries to eligible Prime members.

Aldi May Bank Holiday opening times
- Saturday May 1 - all stores will be open between 8am and 10pm.
- Sunday May 2 - all stores will be open between 10am and 4pm.
- Monday May 3 - all stores will be open between 8am and 8pm.
