After an exciting start to the Six Nations, attention quickly turns to the second round.
There will be a lot of interest in the team announcements ahead of the weekend’s fixtures after injuries picked up in the opening round, players returning to availability and head coaches contemplating changes to improve their fortunes.
Wales will be forced into changes for Saturday’s trip to Edinburgh to face Scotland with four players following the win over Ireland ruled out, while their hosts will be expected to stick largely with the side that beat England.
Eddie Jones will be expected to ring the changes for England following the opening day defeat with Kyle Sinckler and Mako Vunipola back from suspension and injury respectively to face Italy, who could also shuffle the pack after a nightmare start.
Ireland are waiting to see if they will have captain Johnny Sexton and James Ryan available as they go through return to play protocols ahead of Sunday’s home game against France.
This is when each team will be announced:
England – Thursday, 11am
Wales – Thursday, noon
Scotland – Thursday, noon
Ireland – Thursday, 12.30pm
Italy – Thursday, 3pm
France – Friday, noon
