When every Nottingham Forest player's contract expires as retained list announced

Nottingham Forest's summer plans are already beginning to tentatively take shape with the announcement of the club's retained list.

Six players are to depart at the end of their contracts, with Jordan Smith, Jack Colback, Cafu, Jesse Lingard, Lyle Taylor and Andre Ayew all moving on. Loanees Dean Henderson, Keylor Navas and Renan Lodi will return to their parent clubs - at least for now.

Meanwhile, a clause in defender Serge Aurier's deal has been triggered which means a 12-month extension comes into effect. And Chris Wood will officially became a Reds player when the summer transfer window opens as the Reds' obligation to buy from Newcastle United was activated when he made his third appearance of his loan spell.
