When does The Celebrity Circle on Channel 4 start and who is in the cast line-up?

The Circle is set to return with more catfishing culprits next month.

And this time they're celebrities.

The Celebrity Circle is a special series for Channel 4's Stand Up To Cancer campaign.

So, for the first time ever, a group of celebrities have moved into the most famous apartment block in the UK.

While some of the celebrities are playing as themselves in the game, others are catfishing as another celebrity identity altogether, hoping to convince the other players that they are the real deal.

The week-long special will see the contestants only communicate with each other online while housed separately in a block of flats.

Emma Willis is returning as host, delivering the players some surprise alerts along the way, and comedian Sophie Willan resumes her role as the all important voiceover of each episode.

The six-part celebrity series, which begins on Tuesday March 9 on Channel 4, and will be followed immediately by the all-new third series of The Circle.

But back to the celeb version, who is in the line-up?

TV star Denise van Outen, Blue singer Duncan James and YouTuber Saffron Barker will all enter The Circle as themselves.

But the following stars are set to try and catfish their way to winning:

  • Baga Chipz will be playing as Kim Woodburn

  • Lady Leshurr will be playing as Big Narstie

  • Kaye Adams and Nadia Sawalha will be playing as Gemma Collins

  • Rickie Haywood-Williams and Melvin Odoom will be playing as Will.i.am

  • Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks will be playing as Rachel Riley

  • Charlotte Crosby will join the game as a new player, playing as Peter Andre

The celebrity series is in aid of Stand Up To Cancer, a joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4 that brings the UK together to speed up progress in life-saving research.

Viewers can get involved and donate at channel4.com/su2c. All of your donation goes to Cancer Research UK in support of the Stand Up To Cancer campaign.
