When does Teen First Dates start and how to watch the new series?

Series two of the Channel 4 First Dates spin-off, Teen First Dates will return for a second series this year.

The show’s first series aired in February 2021.

The show follows the same format of the original First Dates show with Fred Siriex hosting the front of the house in the restaurant. It will have blind date pairings of 16-19-year-olds as they take their first steps into the land of real-world dating.

As these daters will be young, the show will be about more than just romance as the teens will be on a journey of self-discovery too, to discover what it is they look for, as well as do not want in a partner.

When does Teen First Dates season 2 start and how to watch it?

Unlike First Dates which airs on Channel 4, Teen First Dates airs on Channel 4’s sister channel, E4.

The first episode of Teen First Dates season 2 will first air on March 2, at 9 pm on E4. After the first episode of this new season of Teen First Dates airs, it would be available to watch on All 4 to stream.

This will be the case for all episodes of the new series and all episodes from series one of the programme is now available to watch on All 4.

However, to bring attention to the new Teen First Dates series, Fred Siriex posted a throwback picture of himself as a teenager and captioned it: "It was the summer of love and I was on my way to a restaurant for a date with a girl I had madly fallen for. When I look back now I smile at the innocence, magic, and beauty of that first love.

"There was no plan, future or worry. It was totally new and exciting and simply existed in the presence.’’

The Frenchman then went on to explain ‘’everyone in the #firstdates team felt very responsible and worked so hard to create the right environment and experience for our young daters.''
