When does I'm A Celebrity finish? End date confirmed for new series

It's only been on TV for just over a week but the end date for I'm A Celebrity has already been confirmed.

Before the new series had even started, bosses revealed that it would be shorter than usual by a few days.

For as long as anyone can remember, the I'm A Celeb final has always been on a Sunday.

Over the past few years we've seen the likes of Vicky Pattison, Scarlett Moffatt, Georgia Toffolo, Harry Redknapp and 2019 champion Jacqueline Jossa all be crowned on a Sunday but this year's winner, whoever that may be, will become the first ever King or Queen of the Castle on a Friday.

ITV have now revealed that the I'm A Celebrity 2020 final will take place on Friday, December 4, two days sooner than the predicted finish date of Sunday, December 6.

The show will get going at 9pm and be an extended episode, running until 10.30pm.

The fact that the final is now just nine days away means that the dreaded vote-offs should start soon. Hollie Arnold is the bookies favourite to get the boot from the public first.

At the other ending of the betting, Radio 1 DJ and former University of Sunderland student Jordan North is the current favourite to win, just ahead of Vernon Kay and Giovanna Fletcher.

Bookmakers think early odds-on favourite Mo Farah is 'out of the running' now, despite being the red hot tip to take the crown before this year's lineup had even been announced.
