When do universities get A level results?

It's a big week for A level student's as results day finally arrives.

It may seem like a life-time ago that you sat those exams that you had spent all that time building up to - or maybe you're still trying to shake off those exam anxieties.

This year, A level results will be released on Thursday, August 15 in the UK anytime after 6am so make sure you know what your school or colleges timings are.

But what about the universities you are vying to get into?

They usually receive your results a few days before you do so that your UCAS Track page can be updated first thing on August 15.

This will usually appear from 8am so don't be checking from midnight on the day hoping to get an early peak.

You will also not see your A level results in track as they will be provided by your school or college directly.
