You've probably already heard a few people comment on how there's a 'good stretch in the evenings', a sure sign that we're heading out of the winter months and getting towards the spring.
So when do the clocks change?
This year British Summer Time starts on Sunday, March 31 at 1am, which is also Mother's Day so you put your clocks FORWARD by one hour. Unfortunately this means an hour less in bed but think of those lovely bright evenings we have to look forward to.
Lots of you won't even need to worry about manually putting the time forward by one hour as lots of modern devices such as smart phones, Sky TV etc will automatically amend the time for you.

But other devices will need to be changed for example, your watch, clocks, your car clock and even your oven.
The easiest way to remember if the clocks go forward or back is to memorise the phrase, Spring forward, Fall back.
Meaning in the Spring we put them forward by one hour and in the Fall (American word for Autumn) we put them back an hour.
