Always a huge night for everyone in the British TV industry, the National Television Awards are taking place this week and you'll be able to watch all of the action unfold.

Since starting 25 years ago, the annual ceremony has been handing out accolades to all manner of programmes, actors and presenters and this year's National Television Awards will be no different, with a huge crowd ready to gather at London's O2 Arena for the big event.

This year's include Ru Paul's Drag Race UK, which is up for a gong for the first time since its launch last year, while Ant & Dec will go for Best Presenter for the 19th consecutive year and are expected to triumph once again.

If you didn't managed to bag an invite to walk the NTA red carpet or a ticket for the event, you'll be able to watch the ceremony live on Tuesday night.

When are the National Television Awards on TV?

The NTAs 2020 will be on ITV on Tuesday, January 28 from 7.30pm. This year it will be hosted by David Walliams, with the red carpet and backstage coverage presented by Love Island couple Curtis Pritchard and Maura Higgins.
