In the opening semi-final St Patrick's Academy Dungannon will face St Patrick's Maghera on Wednesday, February 26 at The Loup (7.30pm).
St Patrick's Maghera saw off Holy Trinity Cookstown in the quarter-finals, 1-6 to 0-7, while St Patrick's Academy proved too strong for St Mary’s Magherafelt, winning 3-12 to 1-9.
In the second semi-final St Patrick's Armagh will take on St Colman's Newry on Friday, February 28 at the Athletic Grounds (7.30pm).
St Patrick's shocked favourites Omagh CBS in the quarter-finals with a 1-3 to 0-5 victory.
St Colman's beat Eunan's Letterkenny 2-9 to 0-11 in their last-eight tie.
