What time is Killing Eve on BBC One and BBC iPlayer for second series

Cat and mouse spy-thriller Killing Eve returns for a second series this weekend.

The BAFTA winning thriller will air on BBC One on Saturday, June 8.

The show was developed for TV by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who also wrote and starred in smash-hit comedy Fleabag. For the second season, Call the Midwife's Emerald Fennell takes over Waller-Bridge's lead-writing role.

Killing Eve focuses around two characters, Eve and Villanelle, played by Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer.

Oh's character is an MI5 security officer, Eve tasked with tracking down prolific assassin Villanelle, played by Comer.

The two become obsessed with each other as Eve tries to tail Vilanelle.
