When and what time is Coronation Street on this week?

Avid soap fans will probably be left confused this week as the TV schedule undergoes a shake-up.

And it is not just this week either as changes have been made for the next month.

Coronation Street will air on different days, at different times, over the next four weeks due to the Euros.

The tournament, which is taking place until July 11, is being broadcast across ITV and BBC meaning daily changes to the usual programme line-up.

But Corrie fans need not worry too much - as there will be opportunities to watch the soap some evenings.

Or, those who prefer to binge watch their favourite series can do that too.

Throughout The UEFA European Football Championship for four weeks, all episodes for each coming week will be made available on the ITV Hub every Monday.

This will allow viewers the chance to binge watch their favourite soap or choose to watch whenever they like.

Leanne comes home (ITV)

But this is how the Corrie TV schedule shapes up this week:

Monday, June 14 at 9pm

Thursday, June 17 at 9pm

Sunday, June 20 at 8pm

This is how it looks next week:

Monday, June 21 at 9pm

Wednesday, June 23 at 9pm

Friday, June 25 at 7.30pm

Regardless of the changes, the episodes will not be short of the usual drama.

This week, Leanne Battersby and her son Simon Barlow return home from the hideaway ahead of the trial of drugs lord Harvey Gaskell.

DS Glynn pays Leanne a visit and underlines how important her evidence is in order to put Harvey away and prevent him from ruining more lives.

And in prison DS Glynn tells Harvey his intimidation tactics won’t work and the witnesses won’t be swayed.

Elsewhere, Gemma Winter and Chesney Brown will face a life-changing decision over their son Aled.
