Voters in Greater Manchester will take to the polls today in the local council elections.
The election on Thursday, May 6 comes after being postponed last year due to coronavirus.
It allows the people of our region to have a say on who they think should run their local public services.
But as the pandemic persists, expect some changes to your local station as Covid-secure measures are in place.
Stations are open from 7am until 10pm, so when are the results expected?
Some boroughs will begin counting on Thursday night, while others are set to wait until Friday, so some areas will find out results sooner than others.
Here's when to expect the results for each Greater Manchester borough:
Bury: The count is taking place on Friday afternoon, with results expected in the evening.
Bolton: The count starts on Friday morning, with results expected later that day.
Oldham: Oldham is one of three boroughs where counting starts on Thursday night. Results are expected overnight, in the early hours of Friday.
Manchester: The count will take place on Friday afternoon, with results expected that afternoon.
Rochdale: The count starts on Thursday night with results expected overnight, in the early hours of Friday.
Salford: Salford's count begins on Friday morning, with results due later that afternoon. The Salford City Mayor election count is on Saturday from 11am.
Stockport: The count takes place overnight on Thursday, with results expected early on Friday morning.
Tameside: It's taking place on Friday morning, with results expected later that afternoon.
Trafford: Trafford's count starts on Friday morning, with results expected later that afternoon.
Wigan: The count takes place on Friday morning, with results expected later that afternoon.
