Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is one of the most popular faces in B-Town who has come a long way ever since she made it to the entertainment industry after winning the Miss World Pageant in 1994. Besides her flawless beauty, impeccable acting, the actress has also turned heads with her style statements and undoubtfully remains one of the paparazzi favourites.
Talking about the media attention, Aishwarya once opened up about how she deals with paparazzi. While she believes that she is blessed for her life and continues to remain grateful for all of it, she revealed how people have always thought that her life is just a fairy tale. She told Filmfare, “I was able to handle it because I have faced judgement for so long. It makes me smile how in a lot of articles they have the written words say ‘Oh! She has the fairy tale life’. Yes, I have had a lot of blessings and I am very very grateful for that.”
Addressing people’s thoughts on her life that she doesn’t face any such problem, Aish further questioned the basis of false assumptions about her that has been around for quite some time. She said, “But how do you assume? How and what basis do you assume? This again brings that down to judgement. Because of the way you choose to look at something, you decide its cakewalk.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Aishwarya will be next seen in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’. Touted to be a historical drama based on Kalki Krishnamurthy’s 1995 popular novel with the same name, the film will star Vikram, Karthi, Trisha Krishnan, and Prakash Raj alongside Aish.
