Whatever happened to the Boogermobile?

Any motor aficionados hoping to add the Boogermobile to their collection are out of luck.

Andrew Marchand of the New York Post did some digging and found out the Boogermobile is no more.

From the New York Post:

An ESPN spokesman said the custom-built cart was filled with parts from various vendors. It was disassembled and each piece was returned to its dealership.

So, sports and historians will have to settle for the memories of the ill-advised sideline buggy sat on by Booger McFarland that paid few dividends and upset those fans who paid a lot of money for lower-level seats and had their views blocked on Monday Night Football games.

The Boogermobile has gone the way of Jason Witten. It will be fascinating to see if McFarland and Joe Tessitore follow them into oblivion or if they are able to gain a broadcast foothold in 2019.
