What you need to know about changes to Aldi in Bedminster as it reopens

Aldi shoppers may have been disappointed this week as its North Street store was closed for refurbishment.

But the budget supermarket has officially reopened today (March 21) with a new look, and it's offering more than ever.

Frequent shoppers may need some time to adjust, as the store has a completely new layout with what Aldi describes as a "customer-focused" approach.

Its aisles have been widened and the store now has more space allocated to fresh British meat and fish, as well as Aldi's Lacura health and beauty products, highly rated beers, wines and spirits and Mamia baby care products.

The 'food to go' section has also been improved, with fresh sandwiches, sushi and salads available.

Store manager Paul Barnes said: “The store is looking fantastic and we can’t wait to welcome our loyal customers back so they can see it for themselves.”
