What will replace I'm A Celeb tonight as show cancelled for second night

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here has been cancelled for a second night due to Storm Arwen.

The show normally airs live from Gwrych Castle in North Wales at 9pm each night.

It is the first time in the 19 years that the show has been running that it has ever been cancelled.

It has been pulled of air and celebs removed from the castle as a "precautionary" measure.

A pre-recorded show was aired on Friday, with hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly warning viewers that the show would not be live.

But as Storm Arwen continued to rip its way through the UK, the celebs were also removed from the castle and ITV released a statement to say that there was not a new episode last night nor will there be one this evening.

Ant and Dec took to Instagram yesterday, posting from a cosy cottage with brews in hand, to explain what would be on our screens instead.

They introduced viewers just like they would on the show but to a cottage kitchen rather than a castle camp.

Dec said: "This is the best we can do because we can’t get into site, into camp."

Ant added: "There is a show on ITV tonight, it's highlights from I'm a Celebrity throughout the years, voiced by us two. But it's very good."

Dec said: "It is good, but no live shows."

The popular show averages 11.5 million viewers, it was forced to relocate from sunny Australia to Wales last year due to Covid restrictions and now has had to cancel just a week into the series due to weather concerns.

I'm a Celebrity normally airs at 9pm on ITV.
