West Ham manager David Moyes received a guard of honour in the boardroom following yesterday's victory over Liverpool.
The Reds were beaten 3-2 by the London club on Sunday evening and now sit fourth in the Premier League table, four points off leaders Chelsea.
The Hammers ended Liverpool's 25-game unbeaten run and leapfrogged them into third place.
West Ham co-owner David Gold revealed the boardroom's reaction after their victory over Jurgen Klopp's side and said Moyes received plenty of appreciation from the club's hierarchy.

"We are beginning to think we are a top side,” he said in an interview with TalkSport. “We are beginning to show that by then beating the mighty Liverpool, who we’ve looked up to all these years as a great club and we beat them.
“He [Moyes] is very easy to work with, proper person and certainly one of the best managers I’ve worked with in my 27 years in football.
“I’m so pleased for him as he’s worked so hard. He’s had his down days, but seeing him come into the boardroom after the victory yesterday was fantastic.
“He got a guard of honour as he walked into the boardroom. It was fantastic.”
Liverpool will have to wait for an opportunity to bounce back from yesterday's defeat as their next match against Arsenal is not until November 20.
Injuries are starting to mount up with Naby Keita, Roberto Firmino, Joe Gomez and James Milner among the players currently sidelined.
