Leeds United fans were given a rare insight ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur.
Marcelo Bielsa's side kicked off their new year in London at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as they bid to build on the good work they have done so far since returning to the top flight.
Leeds players will have gone into the game on a high, having thrashed West Bromwich Albion 5-0 away from home in their last match of 2020.
And the live BT Sport cameras (and microphones) picked up a fascinating snippet of what they were being told shortly before kick-off against Spurs.
As the Leeds squad gathered in a pre-match huddle, fitness coach Benoit Delaval could be heard giving motivational instructions.
“Lads, we can’t win a big game like that without the final word and without attacking ways, so everyone 100% commitment to attacking to the front," said Delaval.
“Ninety minutes, all together, unity, commitment – 90 minutes, come on!”
Leeds ended the year sitting 11th in the Premier League table, having taken 23 points from their opening 16 matches.
They went into the Spurs game looking for a third successive win, having bounced back from the 6-2 thumping at Manchester United by beating Burnley and West Brom.
Tottenham finished 2020 in seventh place - three points better off than their opponents.
Jose Mourinho's side had a longer rest between games after their fixture with Fulham was postponed due to a Covid-19 outbreak in the opposition camp.
