What TV channel is Manchester United vs Bournemouth on? Team news, kick-off time and prediction

The games don’t stop for Manchester United at the moment, and they’re back in action this weekend as they take on struggling Bournemouth.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men have a perfect record since returning to action last month, having won all three of their Premier League outings since the restart, as well as their FA Cup quarter-final against Norwich City.

Bournemouth, meanwhile, look doomed as they sit second from bottom in the table, and head into this weekend’s game on the back of a 4-1 drubbing at home to Newcastle United.

The Reds, meanwhile, remain in the hunt for a Champions League place, and having been given a huge boost with West Ham’s win over Chelsea on Wednesday, they’ll be going all out to make it five wins out of five since the restart.

Here is everything you need to know ahead of United’s latest Premier League fixture.

When is the game?

The match take place on Saturday, July 4, with kick-off at 3pm.

United are back at Old Trafford for this one, in just their second home game since football’s return.

Is it on TV?

Like all Premier League games following the restart, United’s clash against Bournemouth will be broadcast live on TV.

Although the game will be played behind closed doors, you can watch from the comfort of your home with the game live on BT Sport.

The fixture will be shown on BT Sport 1, and will also be available in ultra-high definition on BT Sport Ultimate.

Coverage of the game begins at 2.30pm, straight after Norwich City’s clash with Brighton.

Team news

United have no new injury concerns ahead of the visit of Bournemouth, with Axel Tuanzebe and Phil Jones the only remaining doubts at the moment.

Solskjaer returned to a more regular line-up last time out against Brighton, having rung the changes in the FA Cup against Norwich last weekend.

He’ll likely stick with much of the same side, although may consider one or two changes given the packed schedule.

Bournemouth captain Simon Francis remains out after suffering what Eddie Howe described as “minor setbacks” on an ongoing knee problem, but the Cherries will have striker Callum Wilson back following his suspension against Newcastle.
