Khabib Nurmagomedov bids to keep hold of his lightweight title at UFC 242 tonight when he takes on the 'interim' 155lb champion Dustin Poirier.
The UFC has returned to Abu Dhabi for the showdown as Nurmagomedov returns to the cage for the first time since he choked out Conor McGregor last October.
The subsequent riot saw the Russian slapped with a ban which saw his return to the Octagon delayed.
In the meantime, Poirier won the interim belt by beating featherweight champion Max Holloway.
He now bids to win the 'full' title and inflict a first defeat on Nurmagomedov in the process.

Khabib allays weight fears
Khabib Nurmagomedov stripped off to step on the scales but weighed in at 155lb for his title fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 242.
The lightweight champion skipped his media commitments on Thursday, sparking speculation that he was finding his cut tough.
But he checked his weight 10 minutes before the official window opened yesterday and appeared content with the reading.
He returned just after 9am to officially make the lightweight limit, albeit with the aid of a towel.
Poirier followed minutes later and also weighed 155lb to ensure both men are eligible to win the belt in Abu Dhabi tonight night.
