What TV channel and time is Celtic v Raith Rovers on tonight?

Greek striker Giorgos Giakoumakis could finally make his Celtic debut against Raith Rovers in the Premier Sports Cup.

Celtic host the Fife club in a quarter-final clash as they aim to join Rangers and St Johnstone in the last four, with Dundee United facing Hibernian in the other quarter-final.

Giakoumakis joined the Glasgow club from Dutch side VVV-Venlo on transfer deadline day but – more than three weeks later – is still waiting to make his first appearance.

Celtic will be without captain Callum McGregor for the match, while James Forrest, Kyogo Furuhashi and Christopher Julien all remain out with injuries.

It's been a tough week for the Hoops, who lost 4-3 to Real Betis in Spain last Thursday before suffering an embarrassing 1-0 defeat to Livingston over the weekend.

Here's what you need to know about their next game:

Where and when is it?

The match takes place at Celtic Park on Thursday, September 23.

Quotes corner

Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou: "It would be great to have a full complement of players. We’re obviously missing our skipper and our top scorer and you can start thinking things are piling up against you or you can see it as an opportunity to build resilience.

“Things will settle down. The key thing is that we stay calm and stay strong. You can go around thinking about the possibilities if you had everyone available but that’s not in our control.

"What is in our control is that we have a game on Thursday night and an opportunity to progress in a competition and that’s where our focus is.”

Betting odds

Celtic: 1/10

Raith Rovers: 12/1
