What to know about tube strikes ahead of Coldplay’s Wembley gig

  • London Underground workers are set to stage a series of strikes next month, which could cause significant travel disruption across the capital.
  • The industrial action will begin on 5 September with a 24-hour walkout by some union members at the Ruislip depot in west London.
  • From 7 September, various groups of workers will walk out across the Tube network each day.
