What to expect from Apple’s next big iPhone update

Apple is preparing to launch iOS 27, the next major operating system update for the iPhone, with an expected unveiling at its Worldwide Developers Conference in June.
The update will heavily feature new artificial intelligence tools, including a completely rebuilt Siri designed for more interactive conversations and personal data integration.
Users will gain the ability to customize the camera app with widgets, alongside minor design tweaks for the Safari web browser and Weather applications.
iOS 27 will prioritize overall performance and efficiency improvements, with various system tweaks across the iPhone.
These changes follow the controversial 'Liquid Glass' redesign in iOS 26, with Apple now focusing on AI and usability rather than significant aesthetic overhauls for the iPhone.
