Ireland will find out who they face in the UEFA Nations League today as the draw for the second instalment of the competition takes place.
The tournament will provide a back-door route into the 2022 Qatar World Cup for teams who fail to qualify through the traditional route.
Here is everything you need to know ahead of the draw.
What time is the draw and where does it take place?
The draw is at 5pm, Tuesday March 3, at 5pm.
When will the Nations League games take place?
The league matches will be played across September, October and November 2020, in what would have been international friendly breaks before the UEFA Nations League came into existence.
There's no European Championship until 2024, so it's 2022 World Cup qualification that's on the line.
The World Cup has been expanded to 48 teams for Qatar 2022, with 13 European teams making the final tournament.
The 10 teams who win their World Cup qualification groups will qualify automatically, with the the 10 group runners-up going into play-offs. The two best UEFA Nations League group winners who haven't already qualified through the traditional route will also go into play-offs.
Who can Ireland be drawn against?
Ireland will be in Pot 3 for the League B draw, which means they cannot play Slovakia, Turkey or Northern Ireland.
From Pot 1, Ireland will land Russia, Austria, Wales or Czech Republic. From Pot 2, it will be one of Scotland, Norway, Serbia or Finland.
And from Pot 4, Ireland will be drawn against Bulgaria, Israel, Hungary or Romania.
