What time is the Illinois-Loyola game

Eighth-seeded Loyola will face top-seeded Illinois in the second round of the NCAA Tournament Sunday at 11:10 a.m. on CBS.

The Illini (24-6) coasted past Drexel in the first round, handing the Dragons a 78-49 blowout loss Friday. Meanwhile, the Ramblers (25-4) kept things interesting against Georgia Tech, securing their place in the second round with a 71-60 win.

A trip to the Sweet 16 is on the line and the Ramblers are not the same team that captivated the country in 2018 on their run to the Final Four. Lucas Williamson, a role player three years ago, has grown into a key contributor alongside Cameron Krutwig, who leads the team in scoring averaging nearly 15 points per game.

The Illini are fresh off their first Big Ten Tournament title since 2005 with USA Today Player of the Year and former Morgan Park star, Ayo Dosunmu leading the way averaging 20.6 points this season.

Game time: 11:10 a.m. CT, Sunday, Mar. 21
