At long last, Halo Infinite's campaign will be launching worldwide today.
Fans of the Halo series were treated to an early multiplayer beta release last month and it has left everyone wanting more.
The campaign will carry on the story of Master Chief after the events of Halo 5: Guardians which was released over seven years ago.
Halo Infinite's campaign will be available on both PC and Xbox at the same time so you can enjoy it regardless of your platform of choice.

Halo Infinite's campaign will launch at 6pm today so you won't have to wait much longer to wait to play it.
This means you don't have to feel left out if you're at work today and can jump on the second you get home, providing you've done all your chores that is.
Unfortunately, unlike the multiplayer mode, there is no pre-load for the campaign mode and you will have to download it once available.
Developer 343 Industries recommends that players download the existing multiplayer client of Halo Infinite beforehand to give their system a headstart.
This will cut the file size nearly in half, going from 48.24GB to 25.86GB which will save you a lot of time and allow you to play the campaign much quicker.
