Cabinet Ministers are set to sign off on the Covid-19 exit roadmap on Tuesday before Taoiseach Micheál Martin makes a State of the nation address.
Restrictions will begin to ease on September 6 which could see live music back at weddings and a return to concerts.
Under proposals going to Cabinet on Tuesday, a Government source said live indoor events can take place with 60% of a venue’s capacity for fully vaccinated people.
