What time is Strictly Come Dancing on? Live shows kick off on BBC1

It's time to keeeeep dancing once again as a certain award-winning show returns to our screens on Saturday.

We got a teaser of what to expect from this year's Strictly Come Dancing when the launch show aired a few weeks ago but things will go up a notch this weekend when the live shows begin on BBC1.

Once again fronted by hostesses with the mostest Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, Strictly's lineup for this year include Chris Ramsey , Anneka Rice and David James.

We know the Strictly week one songs and dances, and there is a very interesting mix of songs and routines with cha cha chas rubbing shoulders with tangos and the playlisty including everything from Juice by Lizzo to football anthem Three Lions.

We can't wait to watch the celebs and their pro partners in action!

What time is Strictly Come Dancing on?

The Strictly 2019 live shows will begin on BBC1 at 7pm on Saturday, September 21.

The show will go on until 9.20pm and then will be available on BBC iPlayer shortly after.

No couples will be voted off in week one so there will be no results show on Sunday.
