What time is Nicola Sturgeon's Level 0 announcement today and how to watch it

Nicola Sturgeon will hold a Covid-19 briefing today on whether Scotland can move to Level 0 lockdown.

An indicative date of Monday, July 19 had previously been put forward by ministers, with further restrictions set to be lifted on August 9.

A recent spike in infections has cast some doubt on whether the Scottish Government will press ahead with their plans or seek a postponement.

However Health Secretary Humza Yousaf said Scotland is "past the worst" of the current peak in coronavirus cases and that a "positive trend" was beginning to emerge in the data despite daily cases still being high.
