What time is Carabao Cup draw? TV information and live stream details for fourth round ties

The last 16 clubs remaining in the Carabao Cup are ready to find out their fate in the fourth round of the competition.

Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Wolves were the last seven teams to enter the tournament in the third round due to their Champions League and Europa League commitments.

They were all given lower league opposition and would expect to be a part of the fourth round draw.

City are the holders of the League Cup having beaten Chelsea on penalties at Wembley earlier in 2019 - with Jorginho and David Luiz's missed spot kicks put Pep Guardiola's men on course for a domestic treble.

But when does the fourth round draw take place? Here's all you need to know.

When is the draw?

The draw will take place on Wednesday night at the conclusion of MK Dons vs Liverpool.

The kick-off time for the match is 7.45pm (BST), so you would expect the balls to be pulled out soon after 10pm.

Where can I watch the draw?

The draw will be on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football.

Will there be a live steam of the draw?

If you have a Sky account you will be able to watch on the Sky Go app.

Who is making the draw?

Sky Sports presenter Laura Woods will oversee the draw.

It is currently unknown who will be pulling the balls out of the hat, but it will almost certainly be the two in-studio pundits.

When will the fourth round ties take place?

The ties will be played on the week starting October 28.
