The Grand National is once again taking place again today.
We’ve had ladies day and now it’s time for The Randox Health Grand National Steeple Chase.
The main event takes place on Saturday April 6 at 5:15 pm as 40 horses try to navigate the 30 fences over more than four miles.
The race at Aintree near Liverpool is watched by over 60 million people each year and for the third year in a row, ITV will show the race.
Aintree is the most famous horse racing track in the world and the steeplechase has been run at that location since it was first formed back in 1839.
Last year’s winner, Tiger Roll, is running again and trying to become the first horse since the mighty Red Rum in 1973 and 1974 to win back-to-back Grand Nationals.
