Today is the second bank holiday in May and while we may not be able to do everything we would usually, one thing you can still do is visit the supermarkets, but it's worth remembering shopping times and opening hours have changed.
Lockdown will no doubt prevent many from marking the bank holiday as usual, but for those wanting to stock up on essentials supermarkets such as Asda, Aldi and more are still open.
However, like most bank holidays stores will be operating reduced hours so we've created a guide below so you don't get caught out today.
It's worth remembering social distancing and safety measures are still in place at all stores despite lockdown being eased slightly by the Government last week.

Stock levels have returned to normal across the majority of stores so supermarkets are asking shoppers to visit later in the day to avoid large crowds early in the mornings when stores open.
To help you plan your visit, here are the supermarket opening times for today.
Aldi
All Aldi stores are open 8am-8pm today.
Asda
Asda stores will be open between 8am-8pm today.
This applies to its Breck Road, Bootle, Birkenhead, St Helens, Walton and Smithdown Road stores.
Tesco
Opening times at Tesco's superstores are as follows:
Litherland - 7am-6pm
Old Swan - 7am-6pm
Park Road - 7am-6pm
Heswall - 7am-6pm
Haydock Church Rd in St Helens - 8am-6pm
Sainsbury's
Opening times at Sainsbury's larger stores are as follows:
Great Homer Street - 8am-8pm
Rice Lane - 8am-8pm
Crosby - 8am-8pm

Morrisons
Morrisons stores will be open 7am-8pm today.
