What TV channel is Limerick vs Waterford on? Throw-in time, stream info and odds for Munster clash

This weekend sees a meeting between most people's picks for the two best teams in the country.

All-Ireland champions Limerick, fresh off quelling the talk of their decline, welcome league champions Waterford to The Gaelic Grounds.

Waterford didn't make as much of a statement in their opening Munster Championship fixture as they were pushed more than most expected against a youthful Tipperary side.

Here's everything you need to know going into this one:

When is it on and what time is throw-in?

It'll be on on Saturday April 23 with throw-in set for 7 pm.

What TV channel is it on and can I stream it?

It'll be broadcast live on Sky Sports Arena so subscribers have the option of streaming it.

It is available to purchase on GAAGO but only for those not in Ireland or the UK.

What are the odds?

The Treaty looked to be back to their rampant best last week against Cork and the bookies have responded accordingly as they have been made 4/9 favourites while The Déise are at 2/1.

A draw is priced at 10/1.

Quotes corner:

John Kiely: ‘It’s going to demand a lot of energy, that’s for sure. They’ve been hip-to-hip with us now for a couple of years. They’re a fine side. We’ve great respect for them as a group.

‘The onus is on us to bring the greatest amount of energy we can next Saturday evening and to look for further improvement. We had 17 wides today and that’s too high.

Liam Cahill: ‘We have to be more efficient in our shooting. We turned over a few balls because we didn’t make the right decision, so the decision making has to sharpen up."

“The Tipp team came down with all guns blazing like we knew they would. If we weren't as well prepared as we were, we would have been caught and badly done today.

"I’m delighted to get out of here with the first two points on the board in this Munster campaign."
