What time do gates open for Mouth of the Tyne? Timings for each day of the festival

The summer is hurtling by and this week it's time for another of Tyneside's massive events to make its return for 2019.

Over the past few years the likes of James Bay, Elbow and Paloma Faith have all pulled in huge crowds at Mouth of the Tyne and the annual festival is back for another stint at Tynemouth Priory.

This year's Mouth of the Tyne lineup have helped to make the festival a complete sell out.

The event will get going in style on Thursday evening with Sam Fender, whose gig became the fastest selling in Mouth of the Tyne history.

If you are going there are you need to be aware of, as well as security and entry rules .

And you'll also needs to know what time you can go.

What time do gates open for Mouth of the Tyne?

or evening concerts, gates open at 6pm with the exception of the Sam Fender show which is 5.30pm.

Support acts start at around 7pm. Concerts finish by 10pm.

For Sunday afternoon, gates open at 11.45am and the concert finishes by 7pm.
