What time and TV channel is UFC Fight Night 176 Overeem v Harris in Ireland and the UK?

UFC shows continue to come thick and fast as the MMA promotion takes centre-stage with the majority of sporting activity shut down across the globe.

Another card takes place tonight in Jacksonville, Florida, headlined by the heavyweight clash between Alistair Overeem and Walt Harris.

This will be the third UFC event this week behind-closed-doors under new health and safety protocols introduced to avoid the spread of Covid-19.

What time does it start at?

The preliminary fights will get underway at around 11pm tonight, with the main card kicking off at about 2am GMT.

Overeem v Harris should start at around 4-5am in the early hours of tomorrow morning.

How can you watch it?

BT Sport 1's coverage of the preliminary card starts at midnight, with coverage of the main card beginning at 2am.

ESPN and ESPN+ will show all of the action in the US.
