What time and TV channel is Tipperary v Waterford on today in the All-Ireland quarter-final?

Munster rivals Tipperary and Waterford face off this afternoon for a place in the last four of the All-Ireland Hurling Championship.

We're coming into the business end of the summer of hurling, with the All-Ireland quarter finalists hoping to extend their summer into August with a win.

And it's Liam Sheedy v Liam Cahill, with the Premier men knowing that a win sets up a date with old rivals Kilkenny at Croke Park.

Meanwhile if Waterford win, All-Ireland champions Limerick could be on the cards for them depending on the result of Dublin v Cork later on this evening.

The last side these two sides met was the final day of the league last month as the two sides fine-tuned Championship preparations.

Waterford had five points to spare on that occasion, with Stephen Bennett notching up a handsome 15 points in a five goal thriller.
