It's a clash of first vs second as Shamrock Rovers and Derry City collide on Monday evening.

The Hoops have a four-point lead at the top of the League of Ireland Premier Division, but Stephen Bradley insists victory for his side here will not end the Candystripes' title challenge.

Here's what you need to know about the match:

Where and when is it?

The match takes place at Tallaght Stadium on Monday, June 26.

What time is kick-off?

The action gets under way at 8pm.

What TV channel is it on?

Incredibly, the top of the table clash is not being shown live on TV.

However, it will be streamed live on LOITV. You can also follow updates with the Irish Mirror's live blog.

Quotes corner

Shamrock Rovers manager Stephen Bradley: “We are in a better place than last year. In fact this is the strongest group we have had as a whole (since I have been Rovers manager). The depth is really good.

“We learned from last year. We want that again. Can we get it again? I don’t know. But we want to try and fight on all fronts if that happens.

“The points tally will tell you one story but I really believe we were very close to the teams (Molde, Gent and Djuardens) in our European group last season. The squad, as a whole, is in a better place to deal with that.”

Betting odds

Shamrock Rovers win: 10/11

Derry City win: 13/5

Draw: 12/5
