What time and TV channel is Laois v Longford on today in the O'Byrne Cup?

Longford begin life under new manager Paddy Christie with a clash against Midlands rivals Laois in the O'Byrne Cup.

It will be Dubliner Christie's first competitive match as Longford manager since being ratified in the off-season.

Longford will be boosted by the return of a number of key players to the fold, with McGivney brothers James and David back in the squad for 2023 as well as fellow Mullinalaghta clubman Rian Brady.

Brady will most likely return to strengthen an inside forward line that already contains sharpshooter Jayson Matthews.

Laois will be looking to go a step further in the pre-season competition this time around after losing agonisingly on penalties against Kildare at the semi-final stage in 2022.
