Ireland are back in action today as they host France in the Women's Six Nations today.
After a successful start to their campaign in Cardiff, Ireland breezed past Wales in a 45-0 victory - but Beibhinn Parsons insists that they'll be ready for the French challenge.
"We’re not getting ahead of ourselves," stated Parsons. "We’re happy with the win but we know that France are a whole different beast and they’ll bring new challenges to us.
"We’re not naive in that sense. We want to be put to the test, we want to know how good we actually are but we won’t know that until we come up against good, strong opposition.
"There are definitely things that we want to work on and I think we had really good intensity and tempo in the first half because we're fit, then we dropped our standards and lowered them to Wales in the second half."
